Effects of Bunsimkieumkamibang on Behavioral and in Concentration of Catecholamines

Abstract
|
|
|
To investigate anti-stress effects of Bunsimkieum and Bunsimkieumkamibang, this
experiments were performed using MMS(Mobility Measurement System and Rota-Rod, in
immobilization-strssed rats. Also change of plasma catecholamins and serum corticosteron
were measured.
@ES The results were as follows :
@EN 1) Bunsimkieumkamibang decreased significantly increasing number of foot-step and
both Bunsimkieum and bunsimkieumkamibang decreased increasing number of rearing caused
by immobilization-stressed rats.
2) The quantity of motor incoordination by Rota-Rod was improved significantly by
Bunsimkieumkamibang in immobilizatin-strssed rats.
3) Bunsimkieumkamibang decreased significantly concentration of plasma norepineprine and
dopamine level, and both prescriptions decreased concentration of plasma epinephrine level in
immobilization-strssed rats.
4) Both prescriptions decreased significantly concentration of serum corticosteron level in
immobilization-strssed rats.
From the results, it may be concluded that Bunsimkieumkamibang having more anti-stress
effects than that of Bunsimkieum
